So there is this phrase; “birds of feather flock together”. It’s true. You won’t see an eagle with a bunch of chickens. As Christians we are called to fly above the flightless birds and live a life that is pleasing to Christ. Friends usually have most things in common. Yes, we look different, speak differently, and live in different places, but for friends- the core values should be the same. In regards to Christ’s statutes you should be of the same accord. With your friends you should be able to fly together, in the same flight pattern, towards the same goal with Christ always at your center- conforming your mind to His.
