1 Corinthians 10:20-22
“…I do not want you to be participants with demons. You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. You cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons. Shall we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than he?”
Interpretation: This verse is very precise. There are not gray areas when it comes to who we serve in this life. We cannot abide in Christ consistently and actively participate in sin. As it says in James, salt water can not flow from a fresh spring. If we are rooted in an apple tree, we are not going to produce grapes. If our life is DAILY sacrificed to Christ, His spiritual qualities will be shown in us.
