Proverbs 9:18
“But he does not know that the dead are there”
Its illusions. To walk off the path that Jesus designed for you before the foundation of the earth and find that it was all an illusion. The people that looked like they were having fun. The lights. The smiles. When it fades and you look at the people around you in real light. To realize that they are dead-spiritually dead. To find out the people that looked so inviting are cold, and cynical. To find yourself with people that already have their place in hell.
Application: Jesus is so much more. He has so much more. He is willing, and wanting to give us so much more. He makes us new and brings us into life. Pray a desire to seek Him as a beginning and end.
